Just about a month ago "baby Jack" turned 5! So it's official. He's not little anymore! Time has flown by, and I still can't believe that he has turned into this spirited, funny, quirky, entertaining, encouraging, and crazy little person right before my very eyes. We took a trip to
Dollywood for his b-day weekend since it fell over spring break, and got to celebrate with family up there in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
Jackie Boy, you are a joy to us. You challenge us with your questions, curiosity, and spunk. We are beginning to see glimpses of the person God has made you to be in the way you encourage your family, friends and teachers, in the way you boldly announce Jesus' love and sacrifice, and how your tender heart cares about and prays for those who are hurting even when you don't know them. We pray that those characteristics continue to grow and that you will keep your faith and compassion, as you learn more about the Father that created you for His glory. Love you, Buddy!
