Marshall Wade Crawford

I guess I should have posted this a few days ago but in case you haven't heard...Marshall is here!!!

See, here he is telling everybody "I have arrived!!"

Check out all the details on Scott and Heidi's blog here.

More to come on this topic in the next few days, needless to say, Sam and Jack are excited to have a new playmate!!!

Booties on the Cake

We decided to get a cake for Baby Marshall's Birthday and we had the bakery put baby booties on it along with a Happy Birthday greeting for Marshall. When we picked it up to take to the hopsital, Sam and Jack asked to see the "bum-bums" on the cake. Staci and I were slightly confused until we figured out...they were expecting to see little "booties" on top of the cake. We had to, of course, explain to them that baby shoes are reffered to as "baby booties" and that our cake didn't have a picture of Marshall's sweet little buscuits!! Hahahahaa!!

A Pirate Says Arghhhh!!

How cute are these boys? Pirates for Halloween this year....Should be fun!

"Arghhhhh"

I think this is a scurvy pirate!!

QT in the Hammock....

I enjoyed some quality time with my boys today in the hammock. We had finished swimming and Jack wanted to swing in the hammock..so off we went. We were joined shortly by Sam. We were having a great time swinging...Sam was holding the rope. I could tell that they were in a good mood and so I started talking to them about our family and how great it was to have a brother.....I told them that we needed to talk about what we wanted to do for just the 3 boys....to give Mom a break and to get some good time with them. Sam said " I know what you want to do Daddy...You want to go camping!!" I told him that he was right and that we would have to do that this fall. I started throwing out suggestions like hiking or going to a movie and then Jack piped up and said..." or we could play for a little while...." That's my boy....he can't be left out of anything.. "Me Too!" We kept talking about things that we would like to do together and Sam suggested that "Mommy should go get her toenails painted while we go..." Amazing to me how quickly they pick up on things....
