This weekend we cooked a SC favorite- low country boil! The New England girl in me would have preferred fresh, cold-water lobster. But, spicy crab legs, corn on the cob, shrimp, etc? What's not to love?! The boys loved that plates were optional! Just pull up a corner of table cloth. Hopefully we'll do it again before summer is over.
